This retreat features 1 cabin with 2 private studio units, each equipped with fully equipped kitchens, full bathrooms with showers, and Smart TVs. Enjoy cozy, rustic interiors surrounded by nature, a fire pit, a hammock, and forest views.
Guests have private use of both studios in the cabin. Amenities on the main house side of the compound, such as gardens, a pond, a playhouse, and farm animals (bunnies, chickens, ducks, goats), are available for guests to enjoy upon request. Internet is available via Starlink.
Located just 10-15 minutes from Downtown Mount Vernon and Skagit Station, and a short drive to Lincoln Theatre and Little Mountain Park with local hiking trails. Explore Skagit Valley wineries and scenic trails within 15-25 minutes, and experience the seasonal Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.
This is a wilderness retreat, and wild animals may be encountered in the woods. Solar electricity powers the compound, with limited high-electricity-use appliances. Cellphone signal strength depends on your carrier. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and complete guest verification. Local residents require pre-approval to book. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. No parties or events are allowed. This is a smoke-free, vaping, and drug-free environment. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 9:00 pm. A late check-out fee of $25/hour applies if not approved in advance. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents or injuries. Occasional critters may be encountered. Fines of up to $500 will be charged for leaving the home in a condition requiring deep cleaning or violating house rules.
Includes Smart TVs and onsite washer/dryer. The coffee maker is pour-over style, not a plugged-in drip coffee machine, to align with the off-grid experience.
