Details: * Rent: The entire basement apartment is available for $1,250 per month for one occupant. * Utilities: $115 flat utilities fee includes water, gas, electric and internet. Tenant is responsible for trash (~$3 a month with City of Decatur's Pay-as-you-throw system). * Parking: Own personal driveway, which fits 2 cars in tandem. * A/C: Central air conditioning * Pets: Will need to go through a simple screening for each pet, and monthly fee will be negotiated per pet. * Major furniture provided: queen bed and mattress, dresser, night stand, TV and console, couch, dining table and chairs, coffee table, microwave, and more. Kitchenware can be included if requested. Items shown in pictures are subject to change. Requirements for Tenants: * No smoking allowed inside. * Applicants should have a credit score of 600+ and be able to provide first month's rent and a security deposit of $1,275 * A one-year lease agreement is required. * Need to make 3x rent in gross income. * There will be a quick simple 15 minute phone screening before being able to set up a tour. * Must apply through Zillow to pass a background check and credit check * Will only consider applicants who have seen the apartment Available starting August 1st.
