Refrigerator, washer and dryer are included. Applicants must have a monthly income of at least three times the rent and a minimum credit score of 580. Sixty days of recent pay stubs is required, along with a clean background check. Two pets are allowed. Non refundundable pet deposit amount depends on size and breed of the animal. Applicants with a credit score below 580 may be required to pay a higher deposit. Self-employed applicants must provide the last two years of tax returns and a current bank statement. Approved applicants must sign the lease and submit the security deposit and $175 admin fee is due within twenty-four hours of approval. Please allow up to three business days for review of the lease application. Please inquire about status prior to applying.
