Utilities and Fees:
At 2323 San Juan, the rent does not include utilities. Each apartment is separately metered for electricity and gas, and tenant pays the Utility companies for them. Tenants pay for their own garbage. Tenant pays landlord for water. Current water rate is $45/month per person. One parking space in a garage is offered for $30/month. It is $5/month for the washer and dryer. After 5 years of tenancy, the tenant becomes responsible for maintenance of washer and dryer and replacement of them when necessary, after consulting landlord.
Tenants maintain their own backyard and are asked to water the plants and lawn in the front. Carport parking for one car or two smaller cars if tandem parked. Otherwise Street parking is available.
