      TOURS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL MAY 15, 2024. Welcome to the Pile of Bricks! Rent is $6000 + $1000 utilities, for a monthly total of $7000 all-inclusive. This includes bi-monthly landscaping as well as water, sewer, garbage, electricity, broadband, natural gas. Minimum of 6-months rental agreement. The rental is on a fully furnished basis. If the future tenant decides to move in pieces of their furniture and move out select pieces of furniture, they will need to ensure professional packing and storage at the tenants expense. At the end of the lease, the house and the furniture will need to be returned to its prior pre tenancy state. The stove and oven are new (as of 2019), new fridge (as of 2020), the washer & dryer new (as of 2021). We lived in the Pile of Bricks over a decade and absolutely loved our home, the location and our neighbors. It's a 15-min walk to Alki beach in the summer (expect a 20-min walk up the hill on the way home!) Grocery stores such as Metropolitan Market and Safeway are walkable. West Seattle is a very friendly, family orientated place to live. The year-round Farmer's Market on Sunday's is a must. The street festival every year showcases so many of the small businesses in the area!
