A refundable pet deposit of $500 per approved pet is required, plus $50 per pet per month in pet rent. Maximum two pets. Breed and weight restrictions may apply. Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home and on all covered structures. Permitted outdoors only, at a respectful distance from entry points. Parking: Includes an oversized two-car attached garage with additional workshop and storage space, plus a private driveway accommodating four or more vehicles.
