Thank you for your interest in the 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment Below are the rental details and application requirements: Rental Terms Rent: $2,250/month Security Deposit: $2,250 Move-in date: Available soon (subject to application approval) Utilities: Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity Renter's insurance: Required Property Rules This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed, except as required by law for service animals. Applicant Criteria Combined gross household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent ($6,750). Only 2 incomes are needed. All verifiable legal income sources will be considered (employment, retirement, assistance programs, etc.). Each applicant age 18 or older must complete a separate application. Applicants must demonstrate: Satisfactory rental history Positive credit history Stable and verifiable income All applications are reviewed in accordance with Fair Housing and California rental laws. Application Process Application fee: $30 per person (non-refundable; covers background/credit check). Required documents: Government-issued photo ID Copy of SS Card (ITIN accepted in place of SSN) Proof of income (3 months of recent pay stubs and bank statements, benefit letters, etc.) All applicants over 18 must submit a completed and signed application.
