Leasing Terms Deposit & Rent Terms Rent is $1700 Lease duration: 1 year * Security Deposit: $3200 (refundable). Deductions may be made for Damages, unpaid rent, cleaning at move-out, and servicing or damage of the appliances within the duration of the lease contracts terms. * Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. * A 4-day grace period is allowed. * A $100 late fee a week will be applied after the grace period. Additional late fees may apply if rent remains unpaid. House Rules * Shoes must be removed inside the home to protect flooring. * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. * Pets are not permitted. Utilities & HOA * Tenant is responsible for establishing and maintaining all utility accounts (electric, water, gas, internet, etc.) in their own name during the lease term. * HOA fees are included in rent and will be paid by the property owner. * Tenant agrees to comply with all HOA rules and regulations. Any violations caused by tenant may be charged back to tenant.
