This is a second bedroom, not for rent. My laundry is in this room. Yours would be downstairs, a larger area.

Airy bathroom. Since this photo, I've added two white shelves -- one for fluffy white towels and another shelf for a voice-activated TV with yotube, Amazon Prime and Netflix for amazing, long soaks in the tub.

Just bring your clothes and toothbrush.… Furnished, first-floor room in newly renovated east side Eville home three minutes from U of Evansville, Wesselman Nature Center shopping and restaurants but very quiet and beautiful deck to enjoy all views of night sky. Brand new bedroom suite with new bed linens and towels., private closet, bright kitchen, velvet sectional, full basement, your own laundry area, your own drive and separate entrance if you want it, $900 monthly covers everything -- WiFi, home phone ($30 extra to add your cell to my plan), power, water, trash and sewer. Huge (10x15) back deck and covered, rocking-chair front porch. Very nice neighbors. Retired teacher/journalist roommate. I would consider a couple, and there are three bedrooms, so the home would be large enough, but I really prefer a woman and might feel awkward with your boyfriend living here! References, last months' rent required. Large, manicured backyard with cool-off, (small) above ground pool. Larger pool (15 foot diameter, four feet deep) that I can put up but haven't yet. Current one is 10' diameter, three feet deep. When you look at the photos, the room for rent is the dark green one. Bed linens and curtains can be changed.
