During the ski season, a free private shuttle service loops to and from Gondola Square. Discounts are available for lengthy stays.
Experience unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access from this prime location. A short beginner-level ski access trail leads to the Right O Way ski trail and the ski area base. Returning to the condo is just as easy via the Right O Way or Swinger trails. In the summer, the ski access transforms into hike or bike in and out access, with the Routt National Forest nearby offering opportunities for wildlife viewing, including moose.
This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and safety. The maximum occupancy of the property is 5. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to another adult in the group. Inquire before booking if your group includes adults younger than 30. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the property or grounds. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification.
