..... super quiet .. has great brick corner office with million dollar view of downtown. Little balcony out back with same great view . Fenced common area with BBQ grill a ton of birds and squirrels.. Fenced secured access assigned parking spot . I'm unit laundry and dishwasher.. Fun area with a ton of new development exactly in between the Old Market and Blackstone ..Two cafes, several taco joints a pizza place bars and an Ethiopian eatery to name a few also a short walk away .. In good weather a ton of those electric scooters all around due to two hotels close by
