House Rules & Lease Terms By booking or leasing this property, tenants agree to the following terms: Utilities Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including but not limited to: Water Sewer/Sewage Electricity Internet/Cable (if applicable) This is a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat the home, furnishings, appliances, and surrounding property with care and respect. While we will make every effort to address maintenance concerns and property-related issues as quickly as possible, please note that there is no property manager or staff member living on-site 24/7. Non-emergency requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe. Tenants are expected to: - Keep the property clean and in good condition. - Promptly report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns. - Avoid excessive noise, disturbances, or activities that may negatively impact neighbors or the property. Pet Policy Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pet requirements: - Maximum of 2 pets. No large pets or aggressive breeds. Owners must clean up after their pets at all times. Tenants must notify the landlord/host in advance if they plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose pets before move-in may result in cancellation of the reservation, additional fees, or other lease violations as permitted by applicable law. Damages Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets during the lease term, beyond normal wear and tear. Compliance Failure to comply with these terms may result in lease violations, fees, termination of tenancy, or other remedies available under the lease agreement and applicable law.
