Steps & Minimum Requirements for Online Rental Application: * $89 per adult 18 or over that will be living at the property (Application is $59 &Credit/Background Check is $30). After the application has been submitted, please contact your CP rep to complete a credit/backgound check done through SmartMove/TransUnion. * Credit & Criminal Background checks required for all persons on the lease. * Security Deposits are based on credit report, income, and rental history (Credit scores must be 635 or above are preferred.) * Clean rental history (NO previous evictions). * 60 days of current income/employment history (Monthly income above 3 times the monthly rental balance). * Pet Fees are $250 and up non-refundable plus $25 more a month per pet (Based on # of, pet species, and owner approval).
