The Main Cabin features an open-concept living room with 15ft vaulted ceilings and a grand natural stone fireplace, plush leather couches, and a fully remodeled kitchen with seating for 12. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 remodeled bathrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and spa-style walk-in shower. The lower-level bunk room sleeps up to 8, with two additional air mattresses available. An industrial-style game room boasts shuffleboard, arcade games, a large smart TV, and bar seating. A brand new 8-person hot tub is located under a covered patio. The Little Cabin includes a private 15-person movie theater, a relaxing outdoor oasis with a 4-person sauna and a 2-person cold plunge tub, a cozy second-level living room with a fireplace, and a fully updated kitchen. It has a master bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds, plus a full modern bathroom.
Guests have exclusive access to both cabins and the entire surrounding property, including hiking trails, forests, meadows, and ponds. A laundry area is available in both cabins. Parking is available on a paved driveway and parking areas, with ample room for boat trailers. Basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are stocked in both cabins. Two fishing poles, two kayaks, and two paddle boards are provided for guest use. Firewood is also supplied.
Nestled in the heart of Ohio's rural beauty, this retreat is surrounded by nature, trails, ponds, and meadows. It is located less than 2 hours from Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland, and just 4 miles from Seneca Lake. Enjoy a safari at The Wilds, located 25 miles away, or explore Hocking Hills, approximately 2 hours away.
No parties or smoking/vaping are allowed anywhere on the property; any violations of these rules will result in a $500 fine. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement via email after booking. The minimum age of the primary renter is 21 years of age. Guests are asked to throw out trash, turn off electronics, load and run the dishwasher, and lock up before departing. The pet fee is $150 plus taxes and fees per pet, with a maximum of 5 pets allowed.
The Main Cabin's industrial-style game room features a large smart TV, and the Little Cabin has a second-level cozy living room with a fireplace and modern, inviting decor.
