Lease terms

Please note that applications will only be accepted and processed after prospective tenants have completed an in-person viewing of the property. 12-month lease required, with the opportunity to renew. Responsible long-term tenants are welcome. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's base rent is required. This is a smoke-free property. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, patio, yard, or elsewhere on the premises. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage/recycling, and internet/cable. Owner provides yard maintenance and routine pest-control service at no additional charge. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval. Up to one household pet is permitted, limited to cats and small dogs weighing no more than 40 pounds at full maturity.
