PET FRIENDLY This unit is perfect for someone who wants to live close to downtown, close to the water, and close to the freeway, but in a clean quiet neighborhood. Eastlake is a very desirable area with many walkable amenities including bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. Less than one block away is Lynn Street Park (public water access) and Pete's Supermarket and Wine Shop. In that same city block are four other public access parks, boat mortgage, and public tie-ups. The neighborhood is excellent for walking and biking plus public transportation and if you love dogs, it is a very dog friendly, dog walking neighborhood. It is a quaint, friendly neighborhood but still in the heart of Seattle. Street parking with permit.
