Lease terms

Mid-term rental NO LONG TERM RENTALS. NO 6 - 12 MONTH LEASES. NEVER! Max 2-3 months. Text is OK. Phone voice calls from unrecognized #'s will not be answered. No 3rd Party Rentals, no work crews, direct only (you rent for yourself and you will be staying at the property). This is my home. No long term leases. 1-2 month lease is perfect. MINIMUM one month. MAXIMUM lease period 2-3 months. Cleaning fee= $175 To begin a conversation please respond to my required "standard questions," shown below. You must answer my "standard questions". (If you click on the "Request a Tour" button the next screen has a "Message" box. An excellent place to answer my questions.) If interested tell me a bit about you, your party, what you are looking for and when. My standard questions (starting point for a discussion): - Dates desired - Why you are looking - # people and relationship - Relationship: family, friends, work colleagues, other - # vehicles - Pets? - breed, age, size - Boats, trailers, Rv's, motorcycles, electric bikes, etc? - Any smokers? - Any special needs/requests? - Employment? RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Primary renter must be over 21. A rental application must be completed. A rental agreement must be completed and signed. Rent includes capped amount for utilities and WIFI. Mid-term rental. NEVER six month or one year leases. 1-2 month lease is perfect. Minimum one month. MAXIMUM lease period 2-2 months. Seriously, 2-3 month MAXIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. This is NOT a long-term rental. It's my home that I only rent when traveling. My neighbor manages affairs when I am away. No smoking - anywhere on the property. Must have answered my posted "standard questions". Must have completed my application form. Max 6 people. Prefer fewer. Water indoor plants as needed. Viable income and employment. Meet pet policy - (pet must be pre-approved by me, limit one pet, rare exception for 2). No puppies. Cat - generally not. Meet vehicle limit policy. No oil leaking vehicles. Deposit and rent required before occupancy. Funds must be available at time presented. Children must be supervised and orderly. Must be OK with entry steps and stairs to upstairs. Must accept that the home is not "childproofed". Must accept that the home has no special accommodations for ANY special needs. Must have confirmed good credit (720+). Be willing and able to water indoor plants. No garage access for tenants. No Bicycles on wood floors or carpets. Tenant accepts responsibility to leave furniture as found and electronics set up as found on arrival. Only persons on rental agreement to stay and sleep on the premises.
