Maple wood floors in dining, living room and bedrooms, custom cork floor in the kitchen. Lots of storage with large bedroom closets, linen closet, bathroom vanities, and kitchen cabinets. Full size stackable washer/dryer in unit - upgraded from current laundry unit pictured to a new LG full capacity front loading washer/dryer tower. GE Profile stainless side-by-side refrigerator, oven, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. The furniture is a mix of custom upholstered Mitchell Gold, Henredon, Lee Industries, Ebel outdoor furniture, and family heirlooms. The living room sofa shown in the photo, an 1865 antique, was sold and replaced by a new Lee Industries washable high performance coordinating washable dusty blue fabric slipcovered sofa. The down lights over the dining room table are being upgraded to three Stoffer Home "Katie" white glass with antiqued brass chain pendants. New photo's soon to be posted. Radiant heat, water, trash included; AC is a "common element" meaning the large outdoor condensers are shared by condo co-owners and the cost to run included in the monthly maintenance fee so the tenant pays only for the electricity to run the fan that distributes cold air in the unit. One carport space assigned to the condo with additional guest parking spots available for a 2nd car. Furnished with 2nd bedroom semi-furnished. If I were to consider leasing it unfurnished, I would ask for reimbursement of professional services to move out and back in, along with monthly furniture storage costs. I would really prefer not to rent it unfurnished. I am leasing my home/condo while helping a relative with dementia stay in their home as their caregiver. I intend to move back to the condo in a few years. The previous tenant liked living at Lakeshore Club so much that they purchased a condo at Lakeshore Club and knew about it before it was listed publicly because they lived in the community.
