Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant shall be responsible for seasonal upkeep of the premises. This includes regular yard maintenance and lawn mowing during the summer months, and snow removal from the driveway and walkways during the winter months.
