The first floor of this home offers 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, a full shared bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has access to the oceanfront deck where you can enjoy gorgeous sunrises and take in the sounds of the ocean. Walk down the steps from this deck to take a stroll on the beach!
Head upstairs to the second floor and you will find the oceanfront living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. Relax on the comfortable seating in the living room and enjoy the views of the ocean through the large sliding glass doors or head outside to the oceanfront deck and soak in the sun! The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary tools for cooking and enjoying a homemade meal.
Just off the kitchen is another bedroom with a private balcony access with ocean views and shares access to a full bathroom with the living room area.
Monthly Rent: $3100/month (3 month minimum occupancy)

Electric and Water/Sewer usage capped at $150 each, tenant responsible for overages.
