Room available in 2 bedroom condo. Quiet, clean and conveniently located near busline and beautiful downtown Winooski.… Washer and dryer located in unit. Shared bathroom. Looking for a clean, quiet, reliable roommate that doesn't have many people over do to covid because I have an autoimmune disorder. Ideally I'm looking for someone 30 plus in age. I'm looking for someone who will rent at least for a year. $1,200 includes all utils! Must be ok with a dog and cats. No more pets allowed do to condo association rules. Parking spot available. Move in date September 1st.
