One full bathroom with an additional private shower outside to wash off the sand. Enclosed backyard, fully enclosed deck with bistro table and comfortable couch set. Secure storage shed in backyard, includes two beach cruisers to ride to explore the dreamy neighborhood. All utilities included (capped), including WiFi. Monthly vacation rental (required by ordinance), fully furnished and equipped. This is a smoke-free property (inside and outside). There is a $250 cleaning fee, in addition to the monthly rent and refundable $3000 security deposit. A well-behaved dog will be considered, sorry no cats. Showings are only available when property is vacant. Please do not disturb occupants.

Washer and dryer inside the house, street parking and covered driveway parking guaranteed. Great neighborhood. Coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This is a quiet beach community. Per city ordinance, this is a 30-day minimum vacation rental.
