The living level is located above the garage. It has a mix of hardwood floors, linoleum and tile. There is no carpets. The main entrance brings you into the living room which connects to a dining area. Through that to the right is a step down kitchen with full size appliances that include a fridge and range. Off the kitchen is a small back deck that overlooks a very large and private back yard surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods. The bathroom is full size with a tub and shower. The bedroom is just past the bathroom and offers a good sized closet. Windows throughout the unit allow for window mounted AC units as needed.
Driveway is large and offers plenty of off the street parking.
Garage is located under the house and has a washer and dryer and is where the heating system and electrical panel is located. It also offers plenty of dry storage.
The apartment is heated by and oil fed forced hot air system that is very efficient.
