This unit has been gut rehabbed and feels like new construction, featuring brand new kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, windows, and blinds. This unit is fully furnished with high-end, luxury furnishings. The master bedroom features one queen bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and essentials such as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens. Free parking is available on premises and a free washer and dryer are provided. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, coffee, and essentials are included. This apartment is centrally located in Springfield, less than 1 mile from the SCHEELS Sports Park at Legacy Pointe (2-minute drive), 3 miles to the Springfield Medical District (6-minute drive), and 2 miles to downtown state buildings (5-minute drive). Everything else in Springfield is less than 10 minutes away. No smoking is allowed on the property, including marijuana and cigarettes. Any smell of smoke will incur deodorizing fees starting at $500. Parties and events are absolutely not allowed. If a party or event is found, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on the reservation, the guest accepts full responsibility for any city fines and lawsuits, and will lose 100% of their security deposit. If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately, and 100% of the security deposit will be forfeited. The Nest thermostats are locked to a range of 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this number will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are asked to leave the suite as they found it, with all dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed to be 100% functional at all times. The property reserves the right to ask for additional documentation or security deposits. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece moved. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on or near the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour before check-in time on the day of arrival. The unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, an ironing board, and hangers.
