Huge yard with 40 fruit trees along eagle creek and there is a paved trail along property, street parking, small fenced area. On dead end, I own both sides. Neighbors only next door, pretty much as private as it gets. At this time I use the garage some but not much, getting rarer, usually to do maintenance on the houses across street and own the end of the street on both sides, 3 houses and 3 garages and 3 storage sheds.
