Terms at 2308 S 11th St

One year lease minimum. Security deposit same as one months rent. Lessee has to be independent and responsible for all utilities and maintenance, including (but not limited to): gas, electric, water/sewer, pests, change furnace filters every 90 days minimum, trash, snow, lawn/grounds, including weeds, phone, cable, internet, etc. If approved, Lessee will be asked to sign a lease and provide the balance of the security deposit within two days of being approved. Then, when Lessee has paid first month's rent/security deposit and switched all utilities into the name of the Lessee the Lessee will be handed the keys to Leased Premises. Rent will be prorated as needed. The Lessee must, within ten (10) days of the Date of the Lease, get the Lessee's Driver License(s) changed to show the Leased Premises as the Lessee's address. Accepts section 8 with proof of employment.
