House Rental $2,500 per Month The monthly rent for the house is $2,500. To rent the property, the following payment is required: * First month's rent: $2,500 * Security deposit: $2,500 * Total required to move in: $5,000 Property Viewing Deposit A $200 refundable viewing deposit is required to schedule a private showing of the house. * If you decide to rent the property after viewing it, the $200 will be credited toward your first month's rent. * If you view the property and decide that it is not right for you, the $200 will be refunded. * If you fail to follow through with the rental after committing to rent the property, the $200 deposit will be non-refundable.
