You will be a short drive to many attractions including Grandscape, PGA Frisco Golf Course, Legacy West Shopping mall, Stonebriar Mall, museums, and many restaurants. Sleeping areas: There is a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom. Queen-sized beds are in the other two bedrooms and the living room has a comfy sofa. Each bed has 680-count, 100% cotton sheets for your comfort. Two bedrooms have desks. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with 2 separate sinks, stand up shower, garden bathtub, and walk-in closet. Living room: Spacious place for your group to gather with a smart TV and board games for your entertainment. Dining areas: The dining room can seat 8 guests, and the breakfast table can seat 6 guests. Laundry room: Full sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets supplied. Iron and ironing board provided. Kitchen: Fully stocked with essentials including dinnerware, glasses/coffee mugs, cookware, bakeware, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and more! Family-Friendly Amenities: Toddler's books and toys, pack and play, high chair, baby bathtub Extras: Wireless high-speed internet for guests on business trips. Pets: Pets are allowed, and guests need to let the Host know after booking what type of pet(s) will be joining. Guest will need to clean up after pets, including the backyard if used, daily. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds unless the guest brings a change of bed sheets with them to exchange with our sheets (given the quality of our bedsheets, we hope you understand). This house is professionally cleaned in between guest stays. We do not live here, so you will not find personal items here. The fireplace is inoperable. There are exterior security cameras that are only monitored if needed. No vaping inside the house allowed. No parties allowed. Rent includes all utilities and internet. Cleanings available for $150 each time. Owner pays all utilities and internet. Cleanings available at $150 per visit.
