Hi! I'm an incoming Hopkins PhD student looking for 1 female housemate to share this 2 Bedroom 2 full bath townhouse.… It's ~15min walk to JHU medical campus and right next to Patterson Park :). Lease begins August 1, 2026. I'm looking for an equally considerate roommate to maintain a neat house with; would prefer someone that doesn't smoke/drugs. House is 1200 sq ft. Beautiful spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms are large and two full bathrooms. Wood floor on the first level and wall to wall carpet on the second level. Spacious, unfinished basement for storage. A small backyard. All interested please contact with questions. Pets are negotiable, pet rent is $20/mo. Thank you!
