This comfortable group-friendly layout is designed to host families and small groups, with space for up to 10 guests. The home features welcoming gathering spaces perfect for relaxing. Large windows and mature trees surrounding the property create a peaceful, private atmosphere. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing comfortable sleeping for 8-10 guests. Guests can enjoy a private hot tub for relaxing evenings, mature shade trees, and nearby walking paths and creekside nature. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. The Sugar House sits in a quiet, established neighborhood along Indian Creek with easy access to local attractions. It is just minutes from Downtown Nampa's restaurants and breweries, Nampa Greenbelt walking paths, Ford Idaho Center events, Lake Lowell recreation area, and nearby shopping and dining. Getting to the home is simple with quick access from Interstate 84. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. If the hot tub is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will apply. If furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout. Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While we do our best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. Pest and wildlife may occasionally be present. This is a lived-in neighborhood, and occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
