The house has double pane windows fitted mostly with 2" window blinds. The house also has a small bonus room where there is currently a stackable washer/dryer inplace. **The washer and dryer are not a gaurenteed fixture pursuant to the lease. The mechanics of the house includes a newer inverter (energy efficient) window A/C unit, a natural gas wall furnace and a newer gas water heater. If you're looking for outdoor space this home will deliver. There is a storage shed on-site that can be included in the lease terms for an *Additional monthly fee $30** NOT Required to rent.
