Lease terms

* Monthly Rent: $2300 * Lease Term: 12 months preferred (6-month lease may be considered). * Security Deposit: One month's rent due before move-in. * First month's rent due prior to receiving possession of the property. * Background check, credit screening, rental history, and income verification required. * Proof of monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent is preferred. * Rent is due on the 1st of each month. * Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. * No smoking or vaping inside the condo. * Pets may be considered with prior approval. Pet fees or monthly pet rent may apply. * Tenant is responsible for utilities unless otherwise stated in the lease. * Tenant agrees to comply with all community and HOA rules and maintain the property in good condition. * Subletting or short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar platforms) are not permitted without written approval. * Move-in access will be provided after the lease has been fully executed and all required move-in funds have been received and cleared.
