Lease terms

12 Month lease No smoking allowed inside the house. No water bill - house is on a well. Landlord pays HOA fees. Renter pays for Gas/Electric utilities. Renter pays for internet/phone/Cable. Renter is responsible for garbage collection or disposal. Renter is responsible for clearing snow in winter. Renter will have access to small attic for additional storage. Renter will not have access to large attic. Renter will have access to certain landscaping tools to use if they desire. Two dogs maximum. Landlord will be allowed access to the home in the fall/spring to complete necessary maintenance. Renter will have access to a storage area under the porch. Landlord will retain access to that storage area for the purposes of keeping several landscaping tools and items on premises. Renter will have access to these tools if they so desire. Landlord will be leaving several items behind in the house, which the renter will have full access to. These items include, but are not limited to: An L couch and two chairs in the living room Wardrobes in the primary bedroom A table in the covered porch A large umbrella located on the deck A propane grill located on the deck Renter will be responsible for the basic upkeep of the property. Notify landlord of any major landscaping issues.
