Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. There is one video doorbell with motion detection for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations. Guests may be subject to an extra cleaning fee if provided towels are used to remove makeup or clean stained items. Only one set of towels per person is provided, and a starter pack of essentials is included; guests are responsible for refilling them if they run out.
