The kitchen is fully equipped, also with all new appliances. The second floor presents the 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning, each with a queen size bed, as well as the full bathroom. Outside, we have a covered area with chairs and a basketball hoop ~ out back, we have a firepit area ~ Phippsburg is home of the most beautiful stretch of beach in Maine, called Popham Beach State Park! Be sure to check out Fort Popham and Fort Baldwin State Historical Sites as well ! The Beach also offers Spinney's Restaurant ~ It's a must see for sure ! There are also hiking trails, such as Bates Morse Mountain Conservation, Hermit Island, & Wilbur Preserve at Cox's Head. If you enjoy golf, Sebasco Harbor is just down the road ! Spend the Day on the Water at Abkenoc Guiding and Adventure Learning, or journey to surrounding towns, such as Georgetown, Bath, Wiscasset, Boothbay or Harpswell !
