Lease Terms Highlights * **Lease Length 6- or 12-month lease preferred (month-to-month may be considered after the initial lease). * **Monthly Rent Due on the 1st of each month. * **Move-In Costs First month's rent, one month's security deposit, and a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee**. * **Utilities Included Electricity, water, sewer, trash, high-speed Wi-Fi, and community pool access are included in the rent. * **Background Check Required for all applicants. Smoking is allowed **only on the back patio and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. * **Pets No pets. * **Parking Free parking available. * **Shared Spaces Tenants have access to the full kitchen, living room, upstairs TV/lounge, outdoor patio, laundry facilities, and shared bathroom. * **Optional Cleaning Service Tenants may choose to participate in an optional professional bathroom cleaning service for an additional monthly fee. Details will be provided upon request. * **House Rules Quiet hours are from **10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.** Respect for shared spaces and other occupants is expected at all times. * **Owner Occupied The homeowner resides in the home, providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment.
