This is a great rental situation for extended vacations or short term working assignments Internships and traveling nurses are welcome for a max of 6 months. If you're planning a relocation to the Cocoa or Melbourne area this property has close and easy access to the main highways for convenience. All you'll need are your personal suitcase of clothes and toiletries!! The condo is fully furnished and has a simple comfort feel with a thoughtful arrangement of furnishings without clutter. The kitchen is user friendly with your basic supplies such as coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, ice maker and blender. I've tried to think of everything!! The two bedrooms are spacious clean and comfortable with a Sleep Number king size bed in the master and plenty of storage in the master closet. There is a fold up/down suitcase shelf for your convenience and beach supplies for the pool or beach. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There's also work space for a working vacation. Since this is a residential condo there is an HOA that requires a little more paperwork ... which we will address once you have booked through the Zillow app. If you have any questions please reach out any time!! We are right off A-1-A so easy to find and easy to park close to the condo. There is a circle drive right up to the front door ... The condo is on the first floor so it has easy access from the circle drive with only one step up to the condo door. And no steps up if you enter thru the back entrance. Remember ... at this time I can only have stays up to 6 months. Since there is an HOA they require more paperwork ... The applicant will provide for a criminal background check, personal credit background check and provide evidence of employment and income. This is a no pets and no smoking apartment. There's an agreement that the rent of $1,800 per month is due on the 1st of each month. In order to move in would require the 1st and last months rent plus $500 cleaning/damage deposit == $4,100 to move in.
