The Penthouse is centrally located near Boston's historic South End, offering easy access to vibrant city life. Dorchester, the neighborhood, is home to Franklin Park, the "crown jewel" of the Emerald Necklace Park System, featuring extensive green space, a zoo, and a public golf course. Pope John Paul II Park offers walking and bike paths, athletic fields, and picnic areas with views of Boston Harbor and the Neponset River. All units are within a 12-minute walk to the Boston T (subway) system.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 9 AM. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning or damage costs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour or one additional night. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are allowed, with violations resulting in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests require advance approval. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with potential overages billed at cost for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays.
