This fully furnished apartment boasts a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. Enjoy the spacious 1200 sq.ft. layout with original golden fir wood floors complemented by thick, plush area rugs and designer furnishings that create an elegant coziness. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range with oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi and premium smart televisions. Breathe easy with air conditioning and heating provided. Rest well in one of the three welcoming bedrooms. Free on-street parking is available nearby. Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $250 plus any cleaning/damage costs. Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests require advance approval. Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed anywhere on the property, including patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Events and gatherings are not allowed, and violation results in immediate termination without refund plus up to a $1,000 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged $50/hour or one additional night. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and maximum occupancy is strict. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with potential usage caps for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Stay productive with a dedicated workspace. Free wireless broadband Internet access is provided. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property. Guests are responsible for reporting maintenance issues promptly and are liable for repair/replacement of damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.
