Enjoy free Wi-Fi and premium smart televisions, along with air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. Free on-street parking is available near the residence. Explore the vibrant South End nearby, famous for its Victorian brownstones and gardens. Access Boston's public transport with a 10-minute walk to the T (subway). Discover an array of dining, shopping, and cultural activities nearby, and feel the pulse of Boston's rich history and community spirit. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are allowed, with violation resulting in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Mid-term stays (28+ nights) include utilities for up to 60 days, with potential overages billed at cost for longer stays. Mid-stay cleaning is included once per month for 30+ night stays. Use of the property is at your own risk. Adults are responsible for supervising all children in the party. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund. For mid-term stays, refusal to vacate after a documented violation may result in legal proceedings per applicable tenancy law.
