Next Available for 2027-2028 ONLY. (August 1st lease). We offer a Non-furnished long term rental for August 1, 2027 to July 30 2028 for $4095. We are currently rented through July 31, 2027. No management fees to pay, no application fees to pay. it's just us. Reach out. Feel free to inquire, we are a small family owned operation with terrific referrals. We will sometimes accept a summer rental June & July - make an offer! But only if current tenants agree to sublet. Just inquire and we will type up our lease to fit. We are a family who've been leasing homes for decades - not a management company - so we are flexible, easy and fast. *Pets welcome.* side yard is fenced even though not "part of the lease". $300 flat non-refundable pet fee per pet + 1st month's rent and sec deposit. Rental is 12 months, per contract. Traveling Professionals, nurses, musicians, and guild members welcome for shorter terms if available.
