Lease is Sept 1 to May 31 - seasonal rental only. Owner pays for water, sewage, and high-speed internet; tenant responsible for gas and electric. First month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Absolutely no smoking inside or on property grounds. No pets allowed. Please be respectful and courteous of neighbors. No loud or disruptive parties. Fully furnished other than personal belongings. Tenant will need to supply own linens.

Charming ocean-front cottage in quiet Lanesville neighborhood available for furnished seasonal rental, September through May.… Beach is large, flat rocks typical of Northern New England coast. The cottage is located at the end of a gravel road with dedicated parking for 2 vehicles. Plenty of large, picture windows: front-seat view of sunsets over Ipswich Bay, pre-eminent perspective on in-rolling thunder clouds, clear-day views along New England coast from Northern Massachusetts to Southern Maine. Sliding doors open to spacious wrap-around deck right on the water. Walk-out lower level opens onto stone patio shaded by deck above. Fully furnished, including a well-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and attached full bath. Downstairs has a large open area with an additional double bed. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stone fireplace and gas heat. Ceiling fans mounted in bedrooms and living room. Updated kitchen appliances and wall-mounted flat screen TV. High-speed internet included in rent. This is our personal family home, rented seasonally. We are looking for tenants who are responsible and self-sufficient, and comfortable handling the normal day-to-day realities of living in and caring for a home. Owners live out of state during the seasonal rental period, so tenants should be proactive communicators, comfortable coordinating directly with service providers when minor issues arise, and able to facilitate access for vendors and contractors as needed. While this is not a concierge-style rental with on-site management or immediate in-person assistance for routine household matters, owners remain responsible for all authorized repair and maintenance costs. We are looking for a good mutual fit for our family home.
