Unit #5 is a pretty cool space along with the extra perks and many included services (trash pick up, snow removal, yard maintenance, tenant extra basement storage). We are "mom and pop" personable & experienced landlords that are Very hands-on with the building maintenance, and friendly and communicative with our tenants.
