The home is located on a private 2.85 acre lot. Much of the area adjacent to the house is fenced in with lovely gardens, fruit trees, and natural landscaping. Walk out the front door and you are on trails that extend to the Santa Fe Rail Trail. Excellent restaurants and a health club are located a short drive away. We are looking for a minimum 1 month lease. THE OWNER WILL PROVIDE HOUSECLEANING (TWICE PER MONTH), LANDSCAPING SERVICE, AND WATER. The renter would be responsible for internet, electricity, trash, and propane. One of the garage bays will be available for the renter's use with room outside to park other vehicles and even space for an RV. Well mannered pets allowed with the review and approval of the owner. A security, first and last month deposit will be required. A credit report and references will be requested.
