Tenants pay utilities in addition to rent: Xcel Energy (Gas & Electric), City Of Denver (Water), and personal CATV/WiFi (house is wired for Xfinity/Comcast). Utilities are reasonable as the house is energy efficient (insulated, thermopane windows, etc.). One off street parking space in driveway plus adjacent no-limit street parking. Smaller well trained dog is OK; sorry, no cats.
