The living area can double as an extra private bedroom, complete with privacy blackout curtains. Enjoy memory foam mattresses and premium linens, along with spa-style bathrooms featuring high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer, pots, pans, utensils, a knife set, a cutting board, a starter set of plates, bowls, and cups, a blender, a toaster, trash bags, dishwasher, and laundry pods. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the spots labeled 229 in front of the townhouse, with guidance for mid-size SUVs or smaller in the garage. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home that do not record audio; noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation, which typically occurs with loud music, parties, shouting, or screaming. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Tampering with smoke detectors, noise monitors, Wi-Fi equipment, or security devices is prohibited and may result in fines and immediate removal. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older; guests ages 1820 may book a reservation with a one-time fee. All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in, including a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing a rental agreement and house rules; failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock or lockbox, with detailed instructions sent before arrival. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time; unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges, and late check-out requests must be approved in advance. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Trash must be disposed of in designated areas only and may not be left outside the unit at any time. The property is for short-term lodging only and may not be used as a residence.
