The house itself is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. There is a deck on the main level overlooking the lake, and the view will blow you away. There is a galley style kitchen that has everything you need. The dining room is open to the living room so your family will never miss a minute with each other. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level you will find a 3rd bedroom (queen bed and queen futon) that can double as a rec room for the kids. This is a great spot for any family! The docks can be used for swimming or pick up by boat, but do NOT have dock privileges. All appliances are stainless steal and 2 new large flat screen Smart TV's, new sliding glass doors on main and lower levels and windows in the Master Bedroom 2020. Main living room has new sofa and love seat. Main level deck has a new bar height table and bistro table with 6 bar height chair's at optimum height to enjoy the panoramic view. Lower level patio has 2 Adirondack chairs and grill.

    Available 10/22/23 until 4/30/2024. Renter pays all utilities. We are open Monday-Friday 9-5 and can show you anytime during business hours. You may ask for Jessica or Shannon. We do prequalify our potential renters before showing them properties to protect our owner's interest as well as make sure we are not wasting our potential renter's time. We can prequalify you in your choice of 1 of the 3 ways below: 1. Fill out, pay for and have us run a credit application. 2. Bring in a current (within the past 3 months) EQUIFAX credit report. 3. Have rented a house with our company, and be in good standing within the past 6 months. Before signing a lease we do run our own credit reports through Equifax and credit worthiness is based on this report, so before we begin to look lets get this part out of the way, is there anything that you feel may disqualify you when we run this report? Requirements for renting a property with CB Sales & Rentals, Inc. 1. The person(s) applying for the property MUST occupy the house they are applying to rent. We do not allow co-signers 2. The person(s) applying to rent the property must have valid employment/income. The employment may be subject to verification with copies of tax returns. Social Security, Disability, or retirement income may be used as income; however all credit, background, and reference checks must still be met and passed. 3. The person(s) applying to rent the property must have satisfactory credit, over the past 7 years. We understand occasional problems, but we are looking for trends, as a whole. The way we gage, if you tend to pay other people, you will probably pay us. If you do not tend to pay other people, you will probably not pay us. 4. We look at the most recent credit most carefully as it indicates the applicant's present financial situation. All long term rentals require an application which includes a credit check. We determine our ability to rent to a potential tenant based on the information on the credit report. Security deposit: We require a security deposit equal to first full month's rent with good credit. 2 month's deposit may be required for marginal credit. Pets: If home allows pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200/pet as well as $10/pet/month pet rent. Cleaning fee: Each home requires a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
