Lease terms

*NOT FOR SALE* * We do not accept vouchers* *We do online applications and paper lease agreement.* Please every adult that plans to move in fill out an application. *Proof of Renters insurance is a must before lease gets signed* *All utilities will need to be put in your name such as water, electric, and trash. *Absolutely no smoking in the house if are a smoker dont throw cigarette butts in yard while smoking outside. *Absolutely no trash in the yard or junk laying around in the yard keep it clean and neat. *Grass must be cut if can't cut it we will hire a lawn service to do so with a small fee added to the rent. *Must pay rent on time or a late fee will be added each week its late. *Pets are negotiable depending on the animal if pets are allowed it must be trained, and a small pet fee will be added on monthly. *Proof of good and steady income must also be able to pass a background check. *Have decent good credit. *Must be able to communicate with landlord. *Landlord will fix whatever housing problems come up tenant will not fix them themselves unless landlord approves of the fix. *Must be able to take care of the house. *No big families occupying the house at once such as no more than 7-8 people living at the house at once. *No long extended guests. *Must be open to a landlord walk through of the home with a 24 to 48hr notice from the landlord prior to doing so. *Rent must be paid via zelle each month.
