In the attached kitchen photos, notice the large French door refrigerator with ice and water in the door, pull out drawers in the cupboards, cooktop and dishwasher. As you go through the house, you will see pocket doors with extra trim. The rooms are spacious, and there is a large laundry room, mechanical room with a huge storage area, and closets in the master BR from wall to wall. The back porch is covered and leads to a fenced yard with a storage shed. My husband Dave and I manage this home for our son who bought it as an investment for his retirement someday. The house is very solid, built with many upgrades and is very energy efficient. It has a central air heat pump (no window units!), and heat is supplied by a very efficient natural gas hot air system. The appliances are all upgrades, as are the kitchen cupboards. We are not an impersonal company managing the property, but we take pride in taking good care of our tenants. We respond quickly to any concern that might arise, and we really care about the people living in the home. The house is not furnished. Tenants are responsible for mowing the lawn and shoveling snow on the sidewalk. Rent is $1,600/month. Renter pays water, electricity, and gas, and a $40/month fee to landlord for trash removal and sewer. Interested parties may call or email to request a free application. A one year lease, security deposit equal to one month's rent, and credit/background check are required. A rental application plus a $40 fee for each adult living in the home is required for the credit/background check. A credit score of at least 650, positive income to rent ratio, good landlord references, and no prior evictions are required. Pets may be considered but must be pre-approved. If accepted, there is an initial $500 non-refundable pet fee and a fee of $50/month/pet added to the rent. This home is handicapped-accessible.
