RENT INCLUDES ALL COSTS EXCEPT SECURITY AND PET DEPOSITS. Both deposits will be returned at end of lease if no damage to unit. Tenant will share laundry room. Owner will maintain most of exterior but won't go on the tenant's private patio unless needed. Plants are pretty drought resistant but any watering needed there will be done by tenant. Tenant can arrange patio anyway they like, though major changes will need to be approved by owner. NOTE: the patio is gated and fenced and will easily keep a dog contained.
